Delivery Costs

How many times have you found the ideal gift, within your budget only to be hit with delivery costs at the last minute? Yep, we hate that too!

That's why we include the cost of all packaging and postage in our prices.
As standard, we use Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage for smaller items and Hermes for heavier products.
We may be able to offer a faster delivery service at an additional cost. Please contact us for details.
Packaging

All our products come beautifully packaged.
Depending on the item(s) we will often wrap in tissue and secure with twine, we then protect them for their journey to you.
Obviously, our items are often bought as gifts so we understand that you're going to want to see what you've paid for before you gift it on, and we bear this in mind when wrapping ... don't worry, you'll be able to have a nose and then re-wrap and nobody will ever know!
How Long Will It Take?

We aim to despatch your item within 2-3 days, but please bear in mind weekends, bank holidays etc.
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage or Hermes who state delivery times of between 2-4 working days.

Realistically, therefore, we're looking at a week between placing the order and receiving it so please do consider this!
